"A Good Find"
After some searching on the web, I located this small, modern hotel, which was an excellent choice in Bulgaria's capital city. The young front office staff helped us line up a local car rental firm that also turned out well.
We returned to Sofia after driving around the country and again stayed at Sveta Sofia. Only breakfast is served but there is an interesting local restaurant within two blocks. The hotel is well located, within hiking distance or an inexpensive taxi ride to what one should see and do in Sofia. Our rooms were sizeable with up-to-date bathrooms and comfortable beds.
We paid 69 Euros per night, including breakfast, which was well worth it. This was a welcome positive experience upon our arrival in Sofia after an arduous, long train ride from Belgrade.
